CASB Conversations:
School Director Elections Process & Campaign Finance

Join the Colorado Association of School Boards and the Colorado Secretary of State's Office for two, one-hour, educational webinars on July 18, 2023, and July 19, 2023 from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. mountain time to discuss questions and processes associated with the upcoming school board elections.

These webinars will provide an overview of the School Director Election process — including the roles and responsibilities for boards, designated election officials (DEOs), and county clerks and recorders, candidate eligibility, and the petition process. Additionally, it will provide an overview of campaign finance - including committees, disclosure reports and filing requirements, contributions, and more.

 

CASB's First Semester Regional Meetings

Join CASB staff and your region colleagues to discuss why your story matters and why your governance matters as we move into the next legislative season. Getting together to learn, listen, and collaborate is what effective boards do best and CASB's Regional Meetings are where this happens. Mark your calendars now, register, and plan on participating as we kick off a great year.
