Pilot Learning Cohort - District planning to sustain systems for school improvement

This learning cohort pilot is designed to support district leaders in implementing strategic plans to support sustainable improvement. CDE will help identify providers that cohort participants can partner with that are aligned to their districts’ strategic priorities. Cohort participants may access grant funds and use grant funds for training, facilitation, and consulting support as the district identifies, refines, and creates its strategic priority and implementation plan.

Cohort participants will be on the leading edge of supporting CDE’s efforts to refine support for district strategic planning and innovative strategies that address urgent needs. CDE will solicit districts’ input throughout the cohort pilot.
