School Year 2021-22 P-EBT data collection now open

The Data Pipeline opened on April 4 and will remain open until close of business Friday, April 29, to receive student data from districts. P-EBT Data Collection Requirements can be reviewed in this document. Districts that do not have an extract prepared by a student information system vendor can use this template. The template includes tabs for data uploading, the file layout, the business rules for the fall 2021 collection and some examples and example errors. The School Year 2021-22 data collection training can be viewed on the P-EBT webpage.

Districts can also find answers to questions asked during the training or submitted through evaluations in this FAQ document. If you have difficulties or questions after familiarizing yourself with the layout and data pipeline, sign up for office hours where P-EBT team members are available for one-on-one support.

Office hours for assistance with the P-EBT Data Collection are available every Monday and Wednesday from 6-8 a.m. and 2:30-3:30 p.m. through Wednesday, April 27.
