BuyBoard Purchasing Cooperative

The BuyBoard National Purchasing Cooperative is a cooperative formed by governmental entities to streamline the procurement process for public schools, municipalities, and other governmental entities.

Developed to assist members in complying with their state and local purchasing requirements, BuyBoard vendors have been awarded contracts for products and services through a competitive procurement process. This gives members the opportunity for bulk discounts combined with the ease of online shopping.

What is CASB's Relationship with BuyBoard?

CASB is one of the twenty-plus associations across the United States that endorses the BuyBoard as the procurement solution for their members.

CASB membership allows your school district to become a member of the BuyBoard as well – and BuyBoard membership is free! Once your district signs up, buyers will have the ability to make direct purchases from an approved list of vendors that have already gone through a competitive bidding process, saving your district valuable staff time.

How to sign up for BuyBoard

Complete the online Interlocal Participation Agreement (IPA) to establish your membership and become a member of the BuyBoard. If action by your district’s governing body is required prior to joining, follow your internal policy before submitting the agreement.
