After August 16, 2024, $750

We encourage exhibitors to provide bags

• One 6' by 30" table covered with a black cloth
• Two chairs
• One wastebasket
• MEALS: two Friday breakfast, two Friday lunch, and two Friday evening reception tickets
• Additional tickets can be purchased for meals, and the reception:

• Friday President's Reception  

Cancellation Policy:

• A cancellation fee of $50 will be applied to the refund.
• Refunds cannot be made after 4:00 pm, Friday, September 20, 2024.
