Important Exhibitor FAQs

We are coming back in person and this is your chance to meet with district decision makers in order to share important information regarding your services. As an exhibitor, you will have the ability to connect with school board members and superintendents, conduct demonstrations, distribute information, develop effective connections, and establish new markets with more than 1,100 key decision-makers in Colorado's 178 public school districts.

CASB is excited to invite you to exhibit during our 81st Annual Convention, Dec. 2 - 4, 2021 at the Broadmoor Hotel. If you provide products or services to school districts, you won’t want to miss this event.

Exhibit Hall highlights:

  • Exhibit Hall open to attendees December 3-4, 2021 with set-up on Thursday, Dec. 2
  • New Exhibit Hall layout for the 81st Convention! 
  • Conveniently located next door to the general session, registration, and attendee gathering area
  • Exhibitor Grid-Game to drive attendees to your booth
  • Dedicated Exhibit time on Friday and Saturday. The only time the Hall is closed is during our General Sessions
  • CASB Café networking/breakfast area provided for vendors and attendees
  • Exhibitor raffle drawing event on Saturday

  • Exhibit hall announcements made during the general sessions and pushed in the Event Mobile App

Booth reservation includes:

  • 10’ x 10’ draped exhibit booth
  • 6’ covered and skirted table
  • Sign with company name
  • Two folding chairs
  • Wastebasket
  • Carpeted floors
  • Two Friday and Saturday breakfasts, two Saturday lunches, one Friday Evening Reception ticket, refreshment breaks
  • Free WiFi

Booth reservations do not include lunch on Friday or registration to the Convention. Tickets to the Friday Luncheon must be purchased separately at a cost of $65. Breakout Sessions are held when the Exhibit Hall is open. Exhibitors are able to attend the General Sessions if they would like. The Friday Evening Reception, $80 per person, is a ticketed event. To be able to attend Breakout Sessions you must register for the Convention. Meals that are included in a full Convention registration are:

  • Thursday- Lunch and Snack Break
  • Friday- Continental breakfast, either Friday Awards Luncheon or Networking Luncheon (limited seating so must designate on the registration), Snack Break, CASB Friday Evening Welcome Reception
  • Saturday- Continental breakfast (lunch on your own)

The full Convention price is $1600 before Sept. 24 and $1700 after Sept. 24.

BOOTH SPACE IS LIMITED and booth allocation is first-come, first-served. Our easy-to-use booth reservation form is available online. A completed online reservation form, an “agreed to” contract and Visa or MasterCard payment must be received before reservations can be confirmed.

As booth space opens with updated guidelines, we will be able to make additional booth space available.

CASB Partnership Opportunities

Participating in the CASB Partnership Program brings you special benefits through the year, including major savings on your convention booth rental and priority booth assignment.  Important Dates and Information

Setup & show dates: Setup starts at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 2. Show is Friday, Dec. 3 & Saturday, Dec. 4 until 1:30 p.m.
Space reservation deadline: Oct. 3 – Booth reservations received after Sunday, Oct. 3 will be assigned in the order they are received.
Booth assignments: Thursday, October 14 (for paid in full exhibitors)
Cancellation Deadline: Friday, October 8, full refund minus a $50 administration fee.

Booth Assignments

CASB will assign booths on Oct. 14, so make sure you have reserved your booth by Oct. 3. Every effort will be made to accommodate your choices. Priority status will be given to CASB Partners that have registered as a partner for 2021. All 2020 partnerships expire on June 30, 2021. Booth priority is given in the following order:

  1. Platinum Partners
  2. Gold Partners
  3. Silver Partners
  4. Bronze Partners
  5. Tenure as an exhibitor
  6. Registrations received after Oct. 3 will be assigned in the order they are received

Prize Drawing

Prizes bring people! A prize drawing will be held at noon on Saturday, Dec. 4 at the end of the closing general session. This popular event increases traffic and gives you an opportunity to entice attendees to hear about your company. CASB is asking each exhibitor to donate a prize worth at least $50. Exhibitors are responsible for collecting their entries and handing out their prize on Saturday. Prize recipients must be present to win. CASB also utilizes a Grid Card Game to drive attendees to your booth. They receive stickers from you in order to complete their card and enter it for a prize drawing. You decide what it takes for attendees to receive your sticker!

Convention Hotel Information and Parking

At this point in time we do not have Broadmoor rooms available. Please check out our other Convention Hotels listed below. You have the option of reserving Broadmoor rooms outside of the convention block rate. Please contact the hotel to reserve your rooms outside of our block.

CASB has group rates at the Cheyenne Mountain Resort and the DoubleTree Hotel. Look for more detailed information on our hotel webpage. The Broadmoor offers a discounted self-parking rate of $15 per day with in-and-out privileges for all non-hotel guests.
